All grades: Please note the following information:

The handbooks contain the detailed policies and procedures of Christ the King Catholic School. Each family will receive a printed copy of the handbook from the school office the first year they enroll in the school. Each following year, families are asked to review the complete handbook on-line and print any portion of the updated handbook as needed.

Grades K to 8:

Each family needs to print one copy of each required form below, except for the P.E. form. You will need one P.E. form per child. Please complete all forms and turn them into the school office by August 15th.

Please print the appropriate school supply lists from the list below. The lists have been updated by the teachers for the upcoming school year. You will need to use the following new and updated versions.

Preschool:

If a family only has preschool children, you only need to print, complete, and turn in one copy of each appropriate preschool form below at the beginning of the school year.
